Reading the analytics dashboard
Reach, impressions, engagements, and the conversion rate from widget view to issued coupon.
The Analytics tab gives you the four numbers we think actually matter, plus a 30-day chart so you can see them moving.

New products start empty. Tap Load sample data on the Overview tab to populate the dashboard with simulated shares from playful placeholder handles (demo_dana, vibe_veraand friends) — handy for seeing what each chart and tile looks like populated, and for sense-checking your tiers before real traffic. The handles make sample rows easy to spot; email us if you’d like the sample data cleared.
The four KPIs
- Reach — sum of follower counts across every sharer who earned a code. The upper bound of people who could have seen one of your shares.
- Impressions — sum of post views, read from X at verification time. Closer to the real number of eyeballs.
- Engagements — likes + reposts + replies across every verified share.
- Conversion— issued coupons divided by widget views. A reasonable rate is 10–30%; we’ve seen above 50% on highly aligned audiences.
The funnel
The Analytics tab also shows a four-step funnel so you can spot where visitors drop off:
- Saw the offer — widget views.
- Started sharing — opened the dialog and entered an email + handle.
- Posted on X — actually posted (whether or not we’ve verified yet).
- Earned a code — share verified and coupon issued.
The 30-day chart
Daily totals for shares, impressions, and conversion. Useful for spotting the bump from a launch or the dip from a campaign change. Hover any day to see the exact totals.
Impressions are a snapshot
We record impressions when we verify the post. We don’t keep re-fetching them later, so a share that goes viral after verification will under-count in this view. Read the post on X for the live number.
