Using your coupon at checkout
How to redeem your code, why it's tied to your email, and what to do if it's not accepted.

Your SHARE-XXXX-XXXX code is single-use and locked to the email you entered when you earned it. Sign up with that same email and paste the code at checkout.
Where to enter it
- Most checkouts have an “Add coupon” or “Promo code” field on the payment step. Paste your code there.
- If the discount doesn’t apply, double-check the email you’re signing up with — it must match the email you received the coupon at.
If the code is rejected
- Already used?Codes are single-use. If yours has already been redeemed, contact the product’s support — they can see the record on their side.
- Expired?Some campaigns set an expiry. The product’s support team can tell you whether yours has an expiry and when.
- Wrong email? Re-check the email on your signup form — it must match the one the code was issued to.
Lost the email?
Check your spam folder. The subject line is “Your [product name] reward: SHARE-XXXX-XXXX” and the sender is hello@sharecount.app. If it’s really lost, the product’s support team can look up your code by email and X handle.
