Cancel anytime from the Billing tab in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and we don’t shut anything off early.

Money-back guarantee

We honor a no-questions 7-day money-back guarantee. If ShareCount hasn’t earned its keep in the first 7 days, email us at support@sharecount.appfrom the account email and we’ll refund you in full.

What happens to issued coupons

• Coupons already issued to your customers remain valid until they expire on their own (if you’ve set an expiry) or are redeemed.
• New shares stop working as soon as the subscription lapses — the widget silently doesn’t render on your page until the subscription is current again.
• If you re-subscribe later, your campaign and settings are right where you left them.
